is a Community Interest Company with social aims to enable women to access One to One and Group Yoga Therapy.
These interventions are known to help to alleviate stress and can help with many of the following:
Menopause Symptoms *
Fatigue
Grief and Loss
Joint and muscle pain
Pre and Post Operations ( With the consent of healthcare provider)
ADHD
